The Spine Center was founded in 1988 by a group of practising spine specialists. The center results from a working structure different to that usually found in Europe, combining all medical and surgical specialities together dedicated exclusively to the spine.
Physicians, surgeons and physiotherapists use their respective expertise in order to achieve the most accurate diagnosis understanding and treatment.
Whilst applying the best therapeutic solution available, they are able to facilitate the most appropriate and specialized patient care.
Most investigations can be performed during the initial consultation ; however in acute cases further discussions involve specialized staff to focus on required treatment.
Centrally located in Neuilly sur Seine, the Spine Center can be found within the CMC Ambroise Paré-Pierre Cherest.
Each year the Spine Center is rated in the magazine "Le Point" as being among the best private hospitals specialising in spinal surgery in France.
This ranking is based on the assessment of the number of patients treated at the Spine Center, the complexity of cases, and to the high degree of specialisation and patient care.
In 2005 the Spine Center was elected the best private center for spinal surgery in France. Out of 322 hospitals, the Spine Center came in at n° 1 with a rating of 19.7 out of 20 ( Le point, n° 1734, December 8, 2005).
The latest ranking was published in october 2007 by 'Le Nouvel Observateur" (n° 2242, 25-31 octobre 2007). One more time, The Spine Center arrives in pole position among all public and private hospitals in Ile de France. The rating is 19.5/20.
